Auto Mart Used Cars Inc. (“Dealer”) provides access to an auto-related website and related online tools (collectively, the “Site”). Privacy is important, especially in today’s digital world, and Dealer is committed to protecting the privacy of customers using our Site. This privacy policy applies only to the Site and does not apply to any companies or websites that Dealer does not own, or to any persons not employed by Dealer.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

Dealer must collect certain identifiable personal data in order to offer its services. This information includes Customer Name, Physical Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and other information necessary for its services. By providing this information, you consent to Dealer capturing, storing, and using the information to provide the services described.

Dealer also collects non identifiable personal data for the purpose of analyzing user interaction with the Site. This information may include information about your device, information about your browser, your IP Address, or other relevant information.

INFORMATION SECURITY AND TRACKING

Dealer has technical, administrative, physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable regulations to protect your personal information. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Dealer is located in Texas in the United States of America. The Site and primary servers used to store and process Dealer data are located in the United State of America. Regardless of where you are physically located, you acknowledge and agree that data transferred to Dealer through the Site will be transferred and stored in the United States of America under Texas and US law.

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” settings and configurations, but there is currently no industry standard for “Do Not Track” behavior. The Site does not respond to these settings.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Do Not Track

Online Tracking Policy for California Residents. As of the effective date of this Privacy Statement, there is no commonly accepted response for Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers, therefore we do not respond to them.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.
